Pool Servicing & Maintenance

Your pool gets a lot of use during summer, which means it will need regular maintenance. We offer a wide range of scheduled maintenance and breakdown services

Available across Somerset , our team are happy to arrange a bespoke, regular cleaning schedule – weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly – that suits your needs, performing integral performance checks on all equipment. Some of these checks include cleaning pump strainers of blockages, cleaning chemical injectors, backwashing & rinsing filters etc. Alternatively, if you require an emergency repair to your heating system or filters, our pool maintenance team are on hand to fix and service your system quickly and efficiently to get you back in the water as soon as possible.

We also offer a comprehensive open up service in time for the arrival of summer, including a full clean and water top up, before performing the full shut down and covering process for when the weather turns cold again.

Please note: Other than weekly services, the client needs to do some maintenance between visits. Any materials or chemicals supplied are additional to the cost of servicing and it is the client’s responsibility to keep the water level topped up.

Scheduled Servicing

Regular servicing is imperative to keeping water clean and crystal clear. PH levels, Chlorine levels, Salt filters, UV and O-Zone systems can all be looked after by the our servicing team. Vacuuming the pool, cover cleaning, Mosaic cleaning and filter system checking and backwashing are maintained weekly, at the most bi-monthly.

We have service and maintenance contracts for an extensive list of family and commercial pools in and around the Bridgewater &  Taunton areas. We are happy to send out a servicing engineer if you require an estimate for your on-going servicing needs at no cost. Once assessed, our engineer will provide a tailored servicing programme for all your pool and spa needs.

Outdoor pools will need opening for the Spring/Summer season and closing once Autumn falls and Winter approaches. We offer a complete opening and closing package which will involve deep cleaning ready for use and protection ahead of the Winter months. This will include inspections of plant equipment and chemical balancing.

We are on standby to repair and maintain pool and spa pumps, filters, heat and air handling systems, control panels and water levels.

Plant room equipment can need replacing over time. Advances in pool technology mean we can now give our clients economical solutions and superior products. Environmental conditions have pushed many old pool plant rooms to be re-fitted for a greener future. Our Electrical and heating engineers are fully GASSAFE registered and form an integral part of our long established team.

Sand filters commonly need replacing or cleaning after 5 years. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you feel upgrades and efficiency boosting is needed.

Pool Repairs

We specialise in transforming tired pools into serene balanced spaces that can once again be fully enjoyed. Over time pools will deteriorate, becoming in need of repairing, modernisation and re-finishing. One of our preferred project types is to refurbish mosaic pools that need a lift into the 21st century.

Whether it’s the mosaic, a cracked shell, filtration and heating systems, lighting or the pool surround (Copings/Patio), We have a vast array of experience in Commercial and private sectors.

Commercial pools such as Hotel spas, Schools or Leisure centres require frequent maintenance and refurbishment.

Replacing old pools with new fresh mosaic can add real value and luxury to a pool and is something we would highly recommend.

Leak Detection

If you are aware that your pool is loosing water and would like to investigate, we can perform a full leak detection on your pool.

This involves pressure testing the return lines using water or air.

Pressure testing the suction lines using water or air (This involves diving in order to test the sump line)

Using a leak detection fluid around the light fittings and shell of the pool.

Once the results of the pressure test are clear we can go onto investigate further.

If any subterranean leaks present themselves we will investigate. We have an excellent team that can uncover pipe work and once repaired relay the subsequent areas. As shown in the images below.

Our engineers are fully qualified to be working in this industry holding qualifications such as;

  • PADI ADVANCED (diving qualification)
  • ISPE (institute of swimming pool engineers)
